James Allen Bradford, 88, of Adrian, Missouri passed away on Thursday, January 1, 2009 at the Adrian Manor. Funeral services were held 11 a.m. Tuesday, January 6, 2009 at the Merwin Christian Church in Merwin, Missouri. Burial will be in the Sharon Cemetery in Drexel, Missouri. Memorial contributions may be made to the Merwin Christian Church or Heartland Hospice.

James Allen Bradford, 88, of Adrian, Missouri, passed away on Thursday, January 1, 2009, at the Adrian Manor. Funeral services will be 11 a.m., Tuesday, January 6, 2009, at the Merwin Christian Church in Merwin, Missouri. Visitation will be from 10-11 a.m. at the church. Burial will be in the Sharon Cemetery in Drexel, Missouri. Memorial contributions may be made to the Merwin Christian Church or Heartland Hospice. Jim was born February 23, 1920 in Chillicothe, Missouri. He was a WWII Army Veteran and was a member of the Drexel, Missouri VFW Lodge. He was preceded in death by his wife Lucille Bradford. Survivors include his son Gene Bradford (Nancy) of Archie, Missouri and his daughter Kay Batchelder (Roger) of Drexel, Missouri. 8-grandchildren Robin Kimbrough, Robert Krogsdale, Brad Batchelder, Jason Batchelder, Katie McClammer, John Bradford, Jeff Hobbs, and Kelly Corn. 16-great grandchildren and 1-great great grandson.
