Funeral services for residents Billy Morrow and Daniel Patterson have been set by their families. The visitation for Morrow is Wednesday evening at the Atkinson Funeral Home. The funeral is at Cornerstone Christian Church at 10 a.m. Thursday. Patterson's family will receive vistors at the Atkinson Funeral Home from 5-7 p.m. Friday June 17. The funeral will be held Saturday at 10 a.m. at the First Baptist Church.

Phyllis Joy Patterson, age 85 of Adrian, Missouri formerly of Lee’s Summit, Missouri died Tuesday, April 21, 2009 at Adrian Manor Nursing Home in Adrian. He was born September 16, 1923 to Herschel Roy and Sarah Elizabeth Jones Barber in Springfield, Missouri. Phyllis is survived by her son, Mike Patterson and wife Sandy of Lee’s Summit, Missouri; a daughter, Linda Fredrickson of Chillicothe, Missouri; six grandchildren, Doug Fredrickson and wife Dina, Kendra Fredrickson, James Fredrickson and wife Jenny, Michael Patterson and wife Yvonne, Ashley Patterson and Ali Patterson; and six great-grandchildren, Alexandria, Ariel, Kaylee, Zachary, Sidney and Josie. She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Roy and Jim; and a sister Irene.
